of our customers personal information. We have in
place plans to ensure our compliance with the Personal
Information Protection and Electronic Documents
Act. ("PIPEDA").

inquiries and complaints. Korkdam Hotel wants to
provide you with value added service on an ongoing
basis and to establish a lasting relationship with

who are trained in the proper handling of customer

Customers will be notified at least once annually

At any time a customer can contact us to remove

Please include the details of your complaint in
your letter. We will respond to your complaint within
30 days. In certain situations Korkdam Hotel is
entitled to extend the response time for a further
30 days and we will notify you in writing if an
extension becomes necessary.
